MV300 SERIES

Drill Rig is designed for drilling to depths of 60-80 meters for PQ3, 160-180 meters for HQ3 and 300-320 meters for NQ3 and is equipped with the following components:

Power Supply Unit:

  • Vertical diesel engine using Isuzu 4JA1-G2 45KW Power SSHP/2800RPM
  • Hydraulic power is provided by Marzocchi Gear Pump ALP3-D-60-FG+ALPP2-D-16-FG from Italy (for rotary and up/down hydraulic power) with a maximum pressure of 3000Psi/2108bar.
  • Oil tank capacity: 135 liters, Fuel tank capacity: 37 liters

Control Devices Unit:

  • Directional control is achieved using Control Valves 3bank 3/4” Sectional IHV-03-0100-A111A8GK2I Integral from Italy (for hydraulic rotation, hydraulic winch, and hydraulic Mt mash assy)
  • Another type of directional control is implemented using Control Valves 5bank 1/2” Monoblock IHV-O05-A11111A8GK2I Integral from Italy (for hydraulic pull up/down, sliding gearbox, camp chuck, hydraulic jack mash & hydraulic wireline)
  • Relief valves for pressure regulation up/down RV2-1/2” Integral from Italy

BANGKA DRILL

A manual percussion drill is used to extract core samples or test alluvial deposits at depths of up to 15-20 meters.
